It's good. Really good. While the protagonist is female, this story is good for both genders, as romance isn't even a subplot. In fact, you know reverse harem? This story is like that, except she's gathering haters instead of admirers. Spoiler
Not a single attending doctor she's encountered hasn't wanted to unalive her by the end of it.
[collapse]There is someone who can be considered a male lead, butSpoilerhe isn't even introduced until around 80 chapters in, and he's kind of just a (literal) clinging kitten lying offscreen where I am now.
[collapse]I will say that Yu Xuan is a bit unpredictable. Maybe it's the tumor in her head, but she makes some strange choices sometimes. Or maybe, they're so logical, it's unexpected? She's a bit heartless sometimes, too.In fact, if it weren't for her pronouns and two friends to remind me, looking at her personality, actions, and others' reactions to her, she's almost male-coded. It's kind of a breath of fresh air.Oh, right. The instances. They're fun, too, and a little nuanced at times. I won't go into details, but there's a mystery in the world building. If the instance isn't only confined to a hospital, the world seems a bit... real?
