I rarely write reviews but DPB is an absolutely amazing story. MC is very hardworking, OP, cute and is always there to protect his ML. The MC and ML are perfect and complement each other so much. I love their interactions so much. Spoiler
The MC is a real blessing to the ML. He helps the ML regain his emotions and brings him the warmth and love he was neglected of in the past. It's hearwarming to see the ML slowly opening up to the MC. Each moment between them is so touching and you can see how much they treasure each other. I found myself tearing up at some moments, especially the snowman scene. Basically, the MC built a snowman for ML as the ML had a lonely childhood and never built one before.
[collapse]I was initially apprehensive when I read the plot line cause I thought it was going to be some boring yaoi in*est harem. Thank gosh it wasn't and I actually found myself looking forward to the sometimes hardwarming interaction between MC and his brothers. Spoilerespecially his tsundere 3rd brother
[collapse]The plot is great and progresses at a comfortable pace though some scenes can be quite repetitive. It starts of seemingly like your predictable transmigration to book, holding on to golden thigh, system novel. But the plot develops away from this routine to reveal some mystery behind the MC's previous body's death, and still manages to keep the importance of having the system there. Sometimes I wish that the story would focus on the mystery surrounding the MC and his father, but I still appreciate the crime syndicate/fighting/gun scenes.
