Wow I'm appaled at how bad the review is, first thing first, all the people that said the MC are punching bag that won't resist being wronged by noble and completely cold and disinterested by anything clearly didn't even finished the opening arcThough the one that said MC are OP for no reason except plot, can't refute thati can't really say anything about the romance, there's people that prefer that he stay to his original love (and completely disregard any other girl like a douche) and there's people that prefer he try to open his heart more and look at other girl a little (because the girl effort totally deserve it) The action are actually pretty good, rather than the MC that too strong, it's his surrounding that are too weak, his amazing magic are simply because human suck at magic, when he's in spirit village, what he did are all child play for other spirit warriorIn fact, the main antagonist, the reason they need to summon the hero, the demon, the concurrent villain definitely has a huge leeway, that he keep laughing while teasing and provoking the MC midfight, treating him like an annoyance at bestThe girl that fall for him didn't fall out of nowhere either, there's at least an entire arc to build their feelingIn the end, I don't really understand the majority of the reason people stated to drop this series, he keep being polite and flatter people? It's noble society, what you expect? A s*upid hero come out of nowhere taking the heroine so it's tr*sh? It's a f*ckin drama, the story need that, or else it's gonna become all too smooth for the MC, the MC too good like all "japanese" to even retaliate and hurt somebody? Dude chase his mom mu*derer across 4 countries before blast him to pieces after totally trample over himThe only thing I can't comment are the romance, though for me, some of the girl definitely deserve some happiness after all their troubles and effort
