Will update again when I finish the story.

Yes, I wrote this early on in the story.

Yes, this ain't angst.

But the angst in the early on...! Just beware if you are weak to sad stuff because the past is sad.

Below is just my opinion, overall so far;

Why read:

+ Green flag ML!!

+ Character development

+ Well thought out background and character settings

+ COMMUNICATION! We all value this a lot :D

Stop reading if you dislike:

- weak MC (not OP, his wisdom comes from a price he paid dearly)

- Not story driven plot. (It's MC's road to healing.)

- Angst. I need to remember this is not an angst storyline but the pain early in the story... It's something you need to endure if you dislike angst.

Why the angst:

Renato's past is just filled with trauma and sadness. He is just lonely and weak, after losing everyone (but ML) he is filled with guilt and loneliness. It hurts whenever his PTSD triggers, and I just wanna give him a hug (⁠´⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠.̫⁠ ⁠.⁠ ⁠`⁠). He gets better as the story goes on but the pain early in the story is too real.

So far so good. The story may be predictable for a novel junkie like me, it's not something new but it's still a good read, so give it a try when you have time. (Why can't you change rating... When I accidentally pressed 4 stars instead of 5... (⁠ノ⁠ಠ⁠益⁠ಠ⁠) ⁠ノ)
