i mtl'd SO much of this, and suffered through shitty and incorrigible translation up until I truly couldnt understand it anymore and STILL enjoyed this. The plot was SO gripping for me, and definitely felt unique in its own "supernatural" take. MC has unique abilities, but the author is sure to build a world where his existence makes sense or has some deeper background, so rather than it feeling like the world is living in convenience for the mc's circumstances, it feels like the MC is living in a world that's not catered just for him. Also, how the author goes in depth with the world building is amazing, and im only 100 chs in.also, this is just hilarious. Idek how tf the author comes up with half of the stuff that goes down. Like, , , for a showbiz novel, the author does NOT hold back they literally do everything. Like, ghostbusters, soul snatching saviourship, random cult following, religious photoshoots, MONKS, legal matters handled through oujia board type of beat, , , like, how tf-MC is like. Funny enough that ill even let any of his actions that give me second-hand embarrassment slide (and I am SENSITIVE to that you know), and his denseness/absolute shamelessness and just overall "WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT" genuinely brings me simultaneous pain and laughter, especially because it makes sense. it doesnt feel annoyingly s*upid or irritatingly shallow, because all of this is very in character for someone in mc's situation. Also, I love that he's not a pushover- I just think he's funny.and, the interactions and relationships that MC creates with ppl around him are rlly gripping. Theyre not all shallow, and a lot of them are inexplicably amusing due to misunderstandings or just the mc's personality and situation, but a lot of them are also really deep (but it's funny bc it's not even bc theyre compatible, but bc MC literally ties them down to him by secret 😭).anyways, 1199999/10, this is amusing as well as creative.
