This story isn't a horror story, it's a story about overcoming fears and making a bleak story into an adventure.The MC is a man from the modern world who got transported into a horror game and subsequently gender swapped into a psychopathic young girl -- who is also a villain in the original story. She wishes to act as a villain to the game protagonists so the original story wouldn't break down, but ends up helping them because she couldn't watch children die.The story is incredible. It's complex, mysterious, filled with amazing foreshadowings, and just fun to read. Despite being a horror story, the story is filed with trust and hope. Every character in the story has a story within each of them. None of them are boring to read, neither are they unlikable. The author did an amazing job giving life to each character. However, I think the MC shines the most among all of them.This story has an incredible main character named Ella. She's an incredibly lovable tsundere. She's someone that truly wishes well for the original game's main characters, and will sacrifice everything for them. The character dvelopment she receives as the story goes along is insane.I will avoid spoiling anything more from the story. You should try reading it yourself, you wouldn't regret it.
