I like that we have a confident female lead with a posse of gal pals that give legitimate support to one another (not just existing to revolve around men)

I do like that so far the ML hasn't displayed any possessive or controlling tendencies

My complaint about the ML's actions that's bothering me (light spoiler, this is all revealed early on) :
