Short version: It's a great WN to pass the time, it's hilarious to read, with all the descriptions, comparisons, metaphores, and tsukkomi's. And those get even better in the after stories. If you want to read the WN because you want an interesting story, to open your mind, and make you think about serious topics, this isn't for y'all.

Yeah, come at me with everything you want, I give 0 f's, I think it's amazing 5/5 would read again

Of all the Isekai I read/watched this is by far my favorite.

Translation and writing:

The translator/s have the translation done a day after it's officially released, and personally I love the writing, and I'm not talking about the story or character development, for me, it's really fun to read, I don't know if it's the author, or the translators work, but I think the comedy is gold.

Story:

The story itself is pretty normal, it's starts with a weak ass MC that becomes OP, who hates everyone, and wants to take revenge on everyone, losing his humanity. At the second third of the story, it does become mostly cliché'd but it's still nice to read.

The moment it shines, is in the After stories, at least for me, just then you get explained more about the world, and even if it's not as "tense" as the original story, it's more interesting for me.

Harem:

I realized... I hate harems (normally) but for this one, it never really bothered me, I even thought it was well done

- Every girl had their tome to develop the relationship with the MC

- The harem doesn't get jealous, and there aren't catfights (except Yue, and Kaori)

- They get on well with each other

- The MC isn't dense when it comes to his harem, and knows what to do

- Even if it's huge, it doesn't feel like it opaques anything

- All in all, the development of their relationships doesn't feel forced

Characters:

The MC was a normal does everything he needs to survive, and after metting more people, and interacting more, he "returns" to his "normal" self. Tbh, I don't see anything wrong with that, I don't know why it recieves so much hate. It's not like he became a goody-two-shoes who helps everyone at any given ocation. All he does is with one objective in mind, going back to earth, and protecting everyone important to him, or his companions. If something/one threatens one of those two things, they get erradicated.

Most characters have their own important development on the main story (Hajime's Harem), for some it may not be that extense (classmates), but it gets the job done. Others barely have any (some of the classmates).

I can never get enough of the army of chuuni broken rabbits, each time they appear, you know it's going to be good. Appart from them, you have 3 more chuuni characters which are scarred by their past: Spoiler

Hajime, his father, and Endou (the assassin classmate who is invisible).

[collapse] So you can guess what kind of stuff happens.

In the After Stories, all the characters improved a lot, and each chapter has me laughing (not grinning, not smiling). You get some really nice additions to the cast, which makes the quantity, and quality of the comedy to improve by a lot, you get to know other characters more, like Endou, or Kouki, and their harem.

I overlooked the typos, grammar, usage and spelling mistakes. I was even willing to give a pass to the author for changing a couple relationships from cousins to siblings. I couldn't get past the seemingly missing chapters (around Chapters 41 and 43). I'm going to walk away from this book.

I'm almost ready to give this story up.  Am tired of all the bad things that happened to Madelyn before and continuing.  May just wait till story is over and read the ending.  I gave up on another story like this it's too frustrating and just keeps going on and on to the evilness.

Oh my! This story just began with a bang. I already love it and can't wait for them to be happy! Those emotions, those fiery comebacks, Blade's grumpy but firm states. I will definitely will cry for them.  Thanks, Cass! <3
