High water mark in the first dungeon and it never reaches that point again. After they leave the dungeon the author seems to have written the protagonist and first girl as different characters as their personalities are completely different. The tone of the novel becomes like a Looney Tunes skit with the rabbit girl that is introduced right after they leave the first dungeon being launched into the air and landing on her face and popping back up like a cartoon. I haven't finished it but I think I got to...Spoiler
the part where the girl from his highschool that was crushing on him gets a new body or something,
