The Problem with Marrying Rich: Out of the Way, Ex Spoiler

Spoiler: Chen/Gu guyTbh I didn't really pay attention to this relationship since she was without her memories and when Shaquiao found out his real family they were the typical reputable family.

But as far as I know this was the less toxic relationship since they cared and supported each other. When the family didn't accept her Shaquiao wanted to cut ties with them and go back to the village where they met.

His fiance Li girl was very faithful to him and waited 9 years. As I said I didn't really pay attention to this part of the story but I know YanYan and Shaquiao had a clean break up where they wished for each other happiness.

I think that he didn't like all the burden of being the son of a prominent family so he left the family to live by the Chen name since a simple life was better for him. After YanYan got the costudy of her childre she went to visit him at the village he told her to go back with him that he would take care of her children like its own but she didn't believe him fo 2 reasons:
-Once when they where still together and didn't have regained their memories she talked about adopting a child and he told her he didn't want children that weren't his.
-She is still traumatized after what happened with Ye Hao

Spoiler: How he endsActually he is one of the few that has a happy ending until now. After he left the Gu family and went back to the village Li girl followed him and told him that she loved him just for who he was not for his family name.

Fast forward 5 years, YanYan went back to the village to see how he was doing and found out he and Li girl renovated it and that they had already a child and she was on 4 months pregnacy with a second child

Li girl feels insecure about YanYan since she knows that Shaquiao truly loved her and caredfor her but she is sure he is hers now since they have a family together.
Spoiler: My opinionTbh I think that the relationship btw Chen guy and YanYan is a resource used by the author to demostrate how bad YanYan wants to have a simple life.

I mean she didn't have her memories but they were happy and supported each other. Meanwhile while she married the rich she only had betrayal, insecurity and distrust as pay off and the worst of both guys took her children from her.
I guess the novel is true to its name: The problem with marrying the rich 

She is more like the type that wants to have a quiet life with her chlidren. 

Thank you for the spoiler. This basically sums it all up. The last time I read the raw. It was still on the scene where Ye Hao was hospitalized when he saved Yan Yan from his ex.

I got to hand it to him, Ye Hao was always persistent. The only thing, I hated about him was when he hit Yan Yan due to his temper and jealousy. Aside from that, he was okay. I still remember reading how he thought would have other children with Yan Yan aside from Xi Xi. He was so confident that he could win her back. 

Damn, this thread already fills me with dread about the novel. Anyways thanks for showing me why I shouldn't read this dumpster fire of a novel. 

So basically all characters are f*cked up.
Is the FL one of those brainless self-righteous ones? Argh, I am done with it if it is so.
