She will NEVER I mean never go back or feel love for Mo. Is just that she went to teraphy (which I totally approve) and teraphist made her realize that the feelings that Mo calls love are actually just born out of guilt since he feels like he lost the most precious thing to him.
Keep in mind that at this point 11 years already passed and she is trying to see if she is capable of having a relationship again
