In terms of romance, no, not really. And in terms of plot? Not really that much either. I'm still reading because I've been reading this for years, and would like to see its closure, and many Chinese readers share my thoughts.
The main issue is that the author just continuously introduces new people/plot and disregards a lot of the older ones (the most obvious one being the fact that he's got onto Tianjie Island/Sky Rank Island for ages, and he managed to get a bit of hint about the guy that can help him wake up the fainted girls, yet what does he do? Goes to a new area to help one of his friends with a competition and goes to school with another one of his harem... So, if you don't mind reading the novel without the plot really advancing, then read it. Otherwise, there are definitely better novels to read.
