Spoilerarc one: MC have heart disease but died on a bullet wound

arc two: MC have... no disease... he was killed by ML ohh the ANGST!

arc three: MC have stomache cancer and choose to die instead to going throu painful theraphy(he didnt commit suicide) and ML put a bullet on his heapd to follow MC *cries*

arc four: MC is alergic? to sunrise and needs to drink blood to keep himself healthy???

What did the ml do and can you spoil arc 1 

I'm trying to finish a series off as fast as I can, or close to finishing it before throwing one out again... learned my lessons 

Just read the end of arc 1 and I cried  I wasn’t really sure if the MC really loved the ML by the end of arc 1? He felt that his heart hurted more painfully than ever before and even more than the punishment that the system gives him (I was crying while wondering if it hurt due to what ML did, which was kinda like a betrayal in my point of view, or because of his heart disease) while he was about to die. 

lol, have I really put it up for months now? (My sense of time is really bad)
