For the context, MC went back to Korea with ML and they stayed there for about 6 months before ML left to finish his job in Oman (delocalizing his corporation and stuff) before coming back to MC again. They did a few trips Oman-South Korea.
When they were in the middle of the desert in Oman, ML suddenly said he wanted to sleep, and he did for about 5 min before waking up
He said to MC that he had a dream, a dream about a child which ressembled MC
MC was really surprised because it was the first time that they decided to talk about their future and children, even more with ML’s traumatizing past
ML continued, saying that he would not mind having a child, if it ressembled MC
MC asked back about what if their child ressembled Asan instead, and ML just laughed.
MC asked ML if he finally wanted to settle down, in which he said yes and he wanted to have a future with her.
MC asked if he was proposing to her, in which he agreed
MC laughed, and said that he should take more Korean Courses, about how to propose to a South Korean woman before proposing

I read some spoilers of the side story in the reviews:
It’s MTL so not 100% correct:
Apparently there was too much drama in the side story according to the reviewer
The ML had to take a political wife, but he lied to the MC about that and without a proper apology, he took his wife and went back to Oman.
In the meantime, Hae-yoon our MC was still waiting for him, and when the queen’s pregnancy news came Hae-yoon misunderstood.
Later, the queen came and explained that the baby wasn't The ML’s child .
Hearing that, Hae-yoon finally decided to have a blind date and wanted to make Asuka regret.
As you can see, many dramas .
I think it’ll have a happy ending though, since it has a quite high rating and nobody complained about the ending
