Step-Brother: Was crippled by Lu family with promise of marriage alliance. cured by JMY.
Step-sister: She was evil because the brother was too talented so she had to cripple him so she could steal his opportunity and get apprenticed to that master. JMY restraints her while brother cuts off all her limbs, then JMY gives step-sister to Lu family to finish marriage alliance.

The MC and her people almost killed the so called "white lotus" which they also exposed her true face when MC told the white lotus' people that she had used innocent people of her own town to build an undead army and they other horrible things she also had done. She also killed her own family when the MC used them as hostage when the white lotus also used her adoptive father and few of her people and friends as hostage as well. Thankful they were saved. But sadly enough one of her admires saved her when they almost got to kill her
