(Bl) Reborn as a Good Child

when i was reading chapter 1 of the tled chap, i'm thinking if i should mtl it so i tried searching for the spoiler thread. after reading some spoilers im really tempted to mtl it now but seeing @Pachia 's post im having a second thought then i saw @scriptor 's post i want to binge read... waaaaah to mtl or wait patiently for the tled chapter of @Shibb 

Pretty much ml thought mc was joking/toying with him, and cause mc yells that he doesnt want to see him(ml) again he leaves thinking mc would be fine with his powerful family 

If ml loved mc so much in original novel why do he left him and reject him when mc confess to him ? This is answered in the novel ? 

So in the end, MC's previous life never got revealed to anyone (expect for the transmigrated(?) girl)?
All the PTSD and trauma he got from his previous life got better from therapy or something of the sorts?
