Spoiler: Full story summaryGu Yan is the MC - he originally have a BF who he love very much but BF is a bit of scum and when BF accidentally sleep with a girl (The girl plot it), he decided to pretend marry the girl and MC was persuade to agree to it. MC regret it as later the girl got pregnant and even actually marry the BF while MC suffer from bullying from BF friends and BF family (who do not like MC as they do not like their son to be gay). Later MC caught BF sleeping with another guy and they broke up but BF still like MC resulting in MC being kidnapped arrange by the guy and even suffer serious injury. He was rescued by ML and then taken back by this family and decide to inherit the family business (MC keep his identity as a very rich heir a secret and not one know about it except for ML who is in similar status as MC).
ML - Zheng by familiar relation is MC uncle although they are only 8 yrs different and he has a previous boyfriend who is a control freak and he was killed shortly by his half brother (that he do not know about) by accident after rescuing MC. Thus when MC was reborn he thought ML is weak in heart and keep on trying to ensure ML Do not get a heart attack.
Story start with MC reborn to the day his BF got engaged and MC started to change things from there.
He no longer love his BF and so act differently and met up early with ML and even stay with ML.
A) BF still love MC and has been trying to get back together with MC even though his actions such as getting another person to sleep with disgust MC.
B) MC and ML stay together as MC is concern about ML and want to ensure ML stay healthy and do not die of heart attack. ML is in fact very strong and healthy due to his childhood where he play a lot with MC. Due to MC care and concern ML started to fall for MC and he even when to get MC parents and his parent agreement to woo MC (and he even pretend to be the bad guy so he get all the blame). MC did the same later on and when both sets of parents find out they are happy in a sense as it meant both MC and ML care for each other’s.
C)MC took the opportunity to resolve his past life problems - such as ensuring people does not accuse him of plagiarism and took the chance to kick out his employees who betray him. He started to grew his business and get more fame and his movies started to get recognized and his also started to amass fans.
D) MC and ML also finally found out what happen to ML last live. ML mother was raped when she was younger and gave birth to a son who she do not want. In the past life, due to mother love and ML father kindness they help the child and gave him good job but the child though he is ML father illegitimate son and wanted opportunity to get their company so decided to poison ML father and blame this is done on ML and his mother as inheritance wars.
