Also, Sooha apparently had a stalker in the past who tried to get him in trouble with the media by saying that he agreed to marry her or something because he slept with her (he had one of his narcoleptic episodes in her presence, so she used that to say that he spent the night with her) and then cutting her wrist when he kept denying it.  She eventually had to leave the country for a while but now she's back as the writer for his current drama.

Spoiler: Chapter 9After his declaration about wanting to do all the things in the marriage, Sooha asks Hyemin if she understands (kind of smugly).  Flash forward a few days, and Hyemin is performing outpatient care at the hospital, and her coworker is like, "Did you hear Jung Yi-Seop is a patient today?" Hyemin is like, "Who's that?" and the coworker tells her he's a famous movie director. (We see from the POV of the coworkers that he thinks she's an amazing doctor because she takes care of all of her patients the same, and we see lots of hearts so it may or may not be love?).  As she's taking care of stuff in outpatient care, she thinks about the discussion with Sooha and wonders if his narcolepsy medications have given him schizophrenia (lol).  She then realizes she's been spacing out, and we see young, handsome director Sung I-Seop. Apparently, he's in the hospital because of an overuse injury from working out too much, but he's flattering the attending physician about the care he receives.  The doctor then basically says that he needs to hand the director's care over to Hyemin, and the Director is like, "Of course, I'd be happy to.  I've been wanting to talk to Dr. Song."  Apparently, the director is writing a medical drama, and wants to ask Hyemin questions about her work. (sus)  Hyemin at first thinks that Sooha and Yi-Seop have the same "air" but then counter acts that by thinking Sooha is the "drowsy sensitive type" of handsome man, while I-Seop is the "gengle macho type" (LOL).  They then go to an exam room and Hyemin is like, "Please take your shirt off." And he starts taking his shirt off, before Hyemin is like, "The changing room is over there, please put on a gown with the buttons on the back."  And he's like, "Oh" (and his hands are blushing!?!?)  Hyemin leaves to let him change, and a couple of nurses tell her about how Yi-seop is the son of a construction company and became a famous director really young.  Then they tease her for not being interested in men, saying that Yi-seop has been coming to the hospital frequently for the past year, but she's never noticed.  Back with Yi-seop he talks about how he has wanted to talk to Hyemin because her teacher, his usual physician, recommended her as an advisor for his upcoming movie.  When he asks her if she'd be willing to help, she agrees as long as it doesn't interfere with her work.  After more fangirling by the nurses over Yi-seop and Sooha, we switch to Sooha who is exercising.  After he stops running, he says to his manager that he thinks he needs to get a new house.  The manager is surprised, asking why he wants to move suddenly and Sooha replies that he's getting married.  He wants an apartment with strict privacy and the manager is like, "What!?!?" 

No I think it’s R15+, so spicier than most stories but not explicit.

Spoiler: Chapter 1The story starts with Sooha, who is finishing up his last episode of a popular drama.  The director is grumpy because he hasn't shown up on set but Sooha's assistants buy him off with the promise of BBQ later, and Sooha shows up just in time, apparently having dozed off in his waiting room.  He finishes the final scene, which is a spicy (clothed) bedroom scene with his female co-star involving a kiss, and one of his assistants is worried this will cause rumours of a scandal to fly.  But Sooha's manager is skeptical, saying that Sooha is untouchable because he hates everyone - well, except <i>one</i> person.  After the scene wraps up, Sooha gets asked to sign autographs by the staff, and the assistant is surprised he's actually behaving well, until Sooha gives him angry eyes to get the car ready.
Spoiler: Chapter 2They drop the other staff and cast members off to the BBQ place before Sooha has to go to his Aunt and Uncle's house.  On the way to the house, they talk about how he was caught riding public transit, and how people are on the lookout for him. They drop Sooha off at the house, and he goes in to meet his family.  His aunt greets him warmly and we see a flashback about how they took him in after his parents died in an accident..  But then, his younger cousin is giving him ominous remarks about how he needs to be careful, and his aunt starts regaling him with stories about how all of her friends' kids are getting married suddenly and he starts to sweat, saying people are getting married later these days.  His aunt starts regaling him about how if he waits too long he's going to be taking his kids to school while being called "grandpa" and then she pulls out her phone and he sees she has a plan, only to see on the screen that the picture is of Song Hyemin.
Spoiler: Chapter 3As he looks at Hyemin's picture, he kind of smiles looking at the picture, so his aunt is like, "Oh ho~".  There's a flashback to Hyemin and Sooha playing doctor together as kids, where Sooha is crying because he doesn't want to get a shot and when the parents scold Hyemin for trying to "force" him to get one, she says that a doctor is supposed to help people no matter what.  Back in the present, his aunt basically says they thought Sooha and Hyemin would have been good to marry since they were kids and was wondering if he'd like to have an official meeting.  Much to his family's surprise (and his aunt's happiness and satisfaction) Sooha pretty much immediately agrees to meet with Hyemin. He gets his cousin to drive him to the hospital.  Incognito in the hospital, he calls the desk to get the doctor to come down because he needs to talk to them about his medications.  While he waits for the doctor to show up, he sees they're playing one of his dramas/movies in the lobby, so he stops to admire himself.  After a while the doctor shows up - it's Hyemin, who bluntly asks him why he's there.

Spoiler: About the FLThe female lead is Song Hyemin, a young neurosurgery resident at a hospital in Seoul.  Her dream since she was young was to become a doctor and she wants to become a professor of neurosurgery.  Her father is the Director of the hospital, which she wants to keep secret so that it doesn't look like she's getting special treatment.  She's very serious about her work and has a hobby of going surfing during her free time.
Spoiler: About the MLThe male lead is Lee Sooha, Korea's current #1 male actor.  He's slightly narcissistic about his looks since he's known he's good looking since he was young, but he's not interested in relationships with anyone.  His parents died when he was a child so he was raised by his aunt and uncle as if he was their own child.  The Aunt(?) is the head of a major company.  Five years before the start of the story, he suddenly developed narcolepsy, which he occasionally has to have treated at the hospital and he wants to keep his condition secret from his family and others outside of his inner circle.
Spoiler: History of FL & ML - before the start of the storySooha and Hyemin's families are close because their fathers used to be close friends, so the ML and FL were childhood friends.  Though she's a year younger than him, Hyemin used to make the Sooha play doctor with her as children (she forced him to be her patient), and she used to call him "Oppa".  When they were kids, they made a promise to marry when they grew up.  However, their relationship in high school fell apart when a girl in Hyemin's class confessed to Sooha and he turned her down because he couldn't return her feeling because he and Hyemin were going to get married when they grew up.  The girl, upset at this rejection, attacked Hyemin and got their entire class to blame her for blocking any chance they have to date Sooha.  Hyemin gets bullied terribly and her parents don't take action to have the bullies punished, so there's nothing she can do to stop it.  Thinking that this started because Sooha was using her and their promise as children as a shield to preserve his image and not have to reject the girls' confessions, Hyemin pushes Sooha away and isolates herself to focus on studying until she finally goes to college and can make new friends.  She eventually becomes a neurosurgery resident.

Sooha goes on to become an actor (not a lot of background about him, aside from him being lovingly raised by his aunt and uncle) but one day he collapses and hits his head, and he gets sent to the hospital - the same hospital that Hyemin is just starting her residency at.  After meeting for the first time in a long time, Sooha learns that Hyemin is trying to hide the fact that she's the daughter of the hospital's director to avoid rumors of favoritism, and basically uses that to blackmail her into being his doctor for his condition and keeping it secret from his family.  Whenever he has issues with his narcolepsy or needs medication he comes to her hospital to see her, and this has been going on for the last 5 years.

I don't know much more since I haven't read most of the newer chapters, but at some point...

Spoiler: New ThingsAt some point, one of Hyemin's bullies winds up as one of her patients, but I didn't really read this part.

Sooha and Hyemin go to a hotel conference were his Aunt is getting an award or something?  Anyway, they go and at some point Hyemin accidentally spills her drink on herself so his Aunt offers her a hotel room to clean off and change in.  While Hyemin is getting ready to change, Sooha shows up and finally asks Hyemin why she hated him.   Hyemin finally tells him that she was bullied because he kept telling other people that he was going to marry her, and all of the other girls hated her because she was hogging him or something.  She then asks him why he said he was going to marry her and Sooha tells her that he was always serious about marrying her and whenever he thought about marrying someone, it was always her.

After his confession, he starts seducing her and he tells her that if she continues he won't be able to stop (Hyemin has been kind of dodging him up to this point, because she's not sure of her feelings I think).  She consents and they take off their clothes and start some heavy petting and at some point she asks Sooha if it's always like this, and Sooha tells her he doesn't know because he's never done this before.  Hyemin is surprised and thinks he's lying but he insists she's the first one, and the scene fades out .

Later, Sooha is taking a phone call the next morning.  After he hangs up, he goes into the bathroom where Hyemin is taking a bath and he joins her in the bath for round 2.

I think at some point afterwards, Sooha goes to his Aunt and asks her about the bullying Hyemin went through in school and the aunt admitted that Hyemin had come to her for advice about it, but that they didn't tell him but I can't remember the reason why.

Then later, at some point, Hyemin is at the hospital for work when Sooha shows up incognito.  He takes her outside to where he apparently brought a motorhome/trailer so that they could have lunch together privately...  And also do other things "privately".  But as they're making out, Hyemin gets a phone call and Sooha gets jealous - it might be the other ML but I'm not sure.
That's all I sort of remember.
