The liver transplant patient lives since the surgery was successful. He wanted to fool the hospital saying that the main surgeon had already attached the liver before he had the heart attack. He convinced the nurse and the psycho friend to lie, but everything was eventually exposed since the main surgeon recovered and he was very clear that he had not attached the liver before he had the heart attack. MC was then again known as the genius doctor.
Further in the story, he was made main surgeon in a liver transplant and his psycho friend was his assisstant. They were going to excise the liver of the donor who was the daughter of a CEO? but the psycho friend did something and the donor/daughter died. Although there was no proof of any mistakes done he was unable to practice medicine in korea so he went to the usa.
But between these events, there's a lot that happened, the case of the airplane emergency, the prime minister, the hidden artist as well as the dermatology application mixupI just looked at the latest chapter, you're referring to that patient? That patient was homeless and dying. He will eventually die but not before MC did everything to save and prolong his life. Nobody wanted to touch that patient because he was homeless and penniless. Nobody came and took responsibility so MC had to do every procedure out of his pocket. He paid for everything. The patient regained consciousness but eventually died.
MC was investigated on the death. But what came out was that he had given a perfect medical care to that patient which they thought a miracle that he even gained consciousness. MC's notes on the procedure he had done on that patient was meticulous and eventually was studied by various doctors because it was perfect.
The incident was picked up by media and he became famous as a warm doctor who takes care of the poor and homeless

Can't practice in Korea? As in psycho can't continue or is it MC? Was psycho trying to frame MC or it was simply a mistake.
Also, I wasn't wondering if you can spoil more on MC's medical adventures?
And yikes… really hoped the homeless guy would survive, but they did say his liver was shriveled and black .
Where did MC get the money to pay for everything? Didnt he spend all of his money on buys that new place with his parents? Is it from his internship…?
