SpoilerMC was barred from practicing in Korean so he went to the USA where he also made a name for himself... with the mafia.  

Psycho friend framed the MC. The surgery was successful but when they took their eyes from psycho friend did something on the patient which could not be detected. It was something about an empty syringe, i think but i'm not sure... Since MC was in charge of the surgery, he got blamed for everything.

MC paid for the homeless guy with his money. He still got a lot left from his work with Amy and his stocks. I think everything costs millions of won or something. He wanted to take care of the homeless guy because it reminded him of what happened to his father on his 1st life.
