Literally every arc has their own plot twist. The way the author reveals the plot twist with ML’s pov was good and it makes it more terrifying. 

I remember one in the first few arcs, and one in the middle of the novel. I will try to check them and write a brief summary but it may take some times.

Don't worry, there was no description of that scene, just few sentences of memory. SpoilerAnd actually I won't spoil it but we have a huge plot twist of whole novel that it's not really a problem he was r*ped in that arc. It sounds horrible but it's the truth

haha this is probably why I want to read it! I'm fine with FL leads like this if the ML isn't a scum to her. I've been looking for a book to start binge reading, and I think I'm just going to give this a try. I'm so excited for the ML's craziness and plot twists!

Also, does she fall in love with others in some of these arcs?

The only two I know are the zombie arc and cultivation arc. Which are the other two where she leaves him? Can you spoil those endings too?
