Spoiler: EndingJu hwamyeong (first son) married to Pyeongan and they had 1 son

Ju Amyeong (2nd son) married to Kin yeorae and also had 1 son who resemble his dad so much

Ju Somyeong (daughter) married to Do Jinhwan and they had twin daughters. Btw at first her brothers opposed her to marry jinhwan but she proudly said that she's pregnant which make her brothers speechless on the spot  

any chance of finding the english novel somewhere?

Spoilerthe wife of their dad is quite a villainous person. The black dragon head had 3 direct children, first son, second son, and third daughter. He re-married someone and has a step-son. The wife seems to be behind the first son's gf's house invasion/kidnapping etc, as well as having people knock out the third daughter's bf to be brought to her 

Optimistic version: they care about their sister and their opposition was something along the lines of ‘you don’t deserve our sister’
Pessimistic version: both brothers married people with no power and were hoping to use her as a trading chip for establishing connections with powerful people through marriage
