I don't think we have to worry about the prophecies. A new character showed up with blue eyes and straight pupil, turns out MCs parents borrowed money from him.
He doesn't seem like a good person so maybe the prophecies were talking about him  

This story isn't very action packed but it's a nice 'slice of life' read. Also, it's so nice to see the OG!MC-Rose not be a wretched character. The fact that our MC has a group of friends, and not some lone wolf, is quite refreshing as well. Anymore spoilers? I'm debating so hard if it's Ravin or Hugo

At this point i think the prophecy is somehow related to that new guy with long hair and BLUE eyes and the fact that he's treasuring the BLUE flower kind of prove that but still that's my random guess.
I do believe that ml now going to be Hugo
