I've been reading this novel... MC's setting is a bit like the MC from Final Boss is No Joke but rather than being real cold and ruthless, this MC is just a clueless babe and real straight. She's OP but was forced to hold back just because she doesn't want to rewind time a.k.a too lazy. The system is cute lol and actually pretty smart despite it pretending to act cute. At least it knows not to provoke MC except when issuing task to spend money A fresh change from usual tall, handsome, rich ML. He has all that qualities to be OP but in front MC he's always the bottom MC is too manly for everyone.
It's a xianxia world. But the country MC and ML live at respects woman more. Other countries are normal.

Based on the author's past works, safe to say it'll be 30-40 chapters for each arc. The shortest I've read was around 20 chapters while the longest was more than 50 chapters.
lol the ML name in this arc is just a short Ji Cheng. And then after CZ made JC's family broke off relationship with him she changed his surname into Xu to be Xu Jicheng and add him into HER family registry so there's only the two of their name in one account.
This arc our ML have more willpower to fight for his position on top but still failed and still the bottom He really needs to be smart like in the 3rd or is it the 4th arc where only in the early morning where CZ is still sleepy as heck can he tops

Half a month after Shen Yaoye (SYY) left our main pairing, Shen Jingyun (SJY) came knocking looking for his younger brother.

SJY: Somewhat helpless, "Yaoye, the me in your heart is that kind of person?" SYY: "Aren't you?" He turned back to continue packing. SJY: "Yaoye." Stepped forward to grab his wrist and turned him around. "You won't even talk properly with me?" SYY: "Ge, how should I talk properly with you?" He put more emphasize on the word 'brother'. SJY: "Yaoye, you've never called me brother before."
As a child, Father Shen had tried getting SYY to call SJY gege but he always addressed him without honorifics, calling him SJY, SJY. But when did he start. He started calling him brother?
SYY: "I wasn't sensible in the past." SJY: "Yaoye.." his gaze deepens, he slightly pulled the hand his holding. "I miss you." SYY: "What are you saying?"
SYY's heart beats a little faster, as he panicked. He tried to step away but SJY pulled him in and he fell onto his bosom. SYY started to struggle even harder. SJY pushed him to the side table and kissed him.
