just read chapter 9, here's what I understood : Lilianne took part in a tea party organized by the villainess of the novel. She is a red haired beautiful woman called Celestia something, cannot remember her full name though. If I ain't wrong, I think she's an earl's daughter. So the whole tea party, Lilianne acts like she's pure, innocent, doesn't stop smiling and eats her cookies like it's her first time, like a child... Well she doesn't act like a future empress. At the end of the tea party, they're talking when Lilianne notices a guy watching them and starts hitting him (well yk women of the McKellion duchy learn how to wield a sword, how to fight and all) turns out he was a stalker who used to follow Celestia. Lilianne puts him to sleep by kissing his hand, and Celestia can't believe she has such an ability... Well between the attack on the man and her ability, I think she figures out Lilianne wasn't really showing her true colors the whole time (STILL Lilianne's so so nice, don't get me wrong, but she's not that pure and candid, that's what I mean). Then there's another scene with the emperor. I previously said he was trying to seduce her, with dates and stuff like that and he took her to the palace's gardens and he baked her cookies HIMSELF which I think is really cute. he's all blushing and flustered. They feel good and they both say they hope this will continue that way.

Ch.7 is out and love how the MC is playfully openly mocking the emperors dumb ass antics. No wonder he was such a villainous guy in the novel. Such a dork with a horrible temperament from not sleeping ever for years. Now that he's rested he just back to the setting of doofus.
A little pissed at the older brother wanting to protect her now though. He just let her be abused for years and now he wants to protect her. At least the sister didn't realize how even the staff was mistreating her. But bro was in full knowledge and did nothing all along. Of course she wouldn't stand up for herself, her dad was an abusive ass and her bro was low key allowing it.

At first I really like this novel but the succeeding chapters made me dislike the Mc a little bit. I know that the mc has insecurities that maybe the ml liked her because she can out him to sleep but I feel like the showcase of affection were one sided. She changed the story the moment she took her sister’s place in the palace and yet she said she hopes he stick to the orig story.
It’s like showing an affection to a block of wall. She already made changes, she befriends celestine, saved her family from their deaths and also do more amazing things but she’s so closed off that she didn’t even fight for what she’s feeling already for the ML.
the fact that she knows selina will appear when they were exterminated and the fact that it is not happening at all makes me question her I.Q a little bit. She keeps on insisting that Selina will appear, it’s like she’s really anticipating her appearing and that the Ml will fall in love with her. She already mentioned that her views regarding the ML as a character in a novel changed and that he’s also human and yet she’s still treats him as a character in a novel that will automatically fall in love with the orig fl.
anyway, when will the orig FL appears and how will she affect the current timeline. Also the villain prince, what happened to him in the end?
