The author didn't mentioned about that. They didn't even married in the ending  the ending was just how they can travel back and forth between two worlds, and how MC parents like ML and YY and they live together as YY as her (adopted) brother. The last chapter was about YY bought soy sauce(?) and ML was cooking.... it was really an unsatisfying ending since their is no marriage or childrens mentioned
