Mush Mush has nothing to do with Wang Xuzhi, as far as I remember. MC will meet Wang Xuzhi's soul in Hell later (he refused to reincarnate after one incarnation and decided to cultivate.) Yes, souls can cultivate in Hell.

There were three men and the WLB on the scene, and one turned into a beast, so it was 3p1b 

The last Bug was a tower.

In heaven/spirit(?) realm, all those who reached the peak of deity (the highest form of deity) are allowed to enter the tower to reached another realm as they know but all of this was a lie.

Inside the tower, it was like a rpg game setting where everyone started at level 1 and fights against monster to raise their level. Once they reached the last level, they will have to test their demon heart where most of the players, I mean deity, will be trapped in the illusion.
Second, the test where similar to plants vs zombie. They are the zombie and their enemies are the plants. Their sunflower who will give energy to the dying plants (?) Making the plants invincible etc etc.
After this, there are some sort of shadow(?)? I am not sure about this shadow since I can no longer remember but after fighting against the shadow, they will saw the light or gate of light (something like that) as the entry to the next realm (or so what they thought). They will be entranced by the light. They will forget who they are and what are they doing, they were hypnotized by the light and only the mc was not affected, even her master was hypnotized.
Once they enter the light, just like in the game, they will be reset. Everything about them will be deleted. Identity, feelings, and such just like a robot with nothing to do.
To stop her master being reset, MC talk or got angry with realm spirit. Then he gives her the power to control the world? I can't remember how their talk happens but MC saved her master before he was reset and pull him back from the light.
Anyways, MC as the full controller, she destroyed the tower while realm spirit sleep in deep slumber (maybe just like a machine, his battery is low so he needed to sleep(?), I'm sorry, I can't remember this part).
MC told everyone who enters the tower about the reset thingy if I remember it correctly and she puts some kind of police to capture those who break the laws she made, like no killings and such, to prevent more bugs that might destroy the world.

After that, she, her master and yue ying were traveling back and forth to her original world and to this world since she is now the controller and the controller of earth was a boyfriend of her best friend. They even needed some kind of passport to be allowed to travel, if i remember correctly 

yes, this arc is ending soon in a few chapters. I think it should be about 1-3 chapters 

Is it when she turned into a flower who can shape shift into a human?

Ahh I forgot this arc though but there will be a man who claimed to be her husband or so I think. Because they wanted to get something she owned and this thing can be use to open the barrier of their place. I can't remember why they needed to open the barrier but there is something they wanted inside to make them powerful.

There is a child, a boy, who will help MC understand everything. Then she'll teach him something (I forgot what she taught him) then MC will become an elder of the sect there (If I didn't mixed the arcs) or something like that then she'll make armor/weapon since she learned it from her master. All of her made weapon are thought to be sacred

Ahhh this is all I can remember and I hope I did not mixed the arcs of the story since this arc is what I find boring (I don't know about others but this is what I felt) among all arcs

Yue Ying couldn’t take living without Yu Yao, so he turn demonic (from what I gathered). And the little wimp is the part that died lonely (I think).

And I don’t think YY ascend cuz he’s a demon.
