I went through the korean webtoon raw (only picture looking, can't read because I don't know Korean. Please correct me TTvTT
There is something about the first prince's henchman, I can't know for sure but seems like he is an isekai person too, however he is filled with hate and even burned the sacred tree in the forest. He is the bad guy behind everything. The first prince also has his own reason to support this bad guy, but in the end he realized that he was wrong and tried to save his brothers from the bad man in the last event (sorry I don't understand the detail, can only guess, the last scene was something like the MC tried to go home with the power of the small monster. But the bad guy arrive and capture ML and MC, then they fight and MC almost win by writing facts about the bad man on paper, which paralyzed him because of the characters appear on his body.)
In the end everyone appeared in the scene (except for MC) is killed by the bad guy and by the world collapsing. After that MC can go home thanks to a portal created by the small monster. She go back home trying to write a different ending to that scene, then rush to the portal but it disappeared.
After that she quit her job and use full of her time to write the third book about the third prince. She write about a parallel world and fixed everything in that world, with ML not losing his eye and at the end of the story the ML become emperor with everyone all cheer for him.
Then she went out to meet with a colleague author, they talks about how she wrote the third book just like writing about a beloved person (when in the first and second book it always feels like she hate the third prince). And then the colleague show MC a new chapter from her story where third prince - now the emperor - announce that he will marry to a girl he've chosen. The MC was shocked because she had never uploaded anything like that. MC rushed home and find the small monster waiting for her. A portal open and she was then go back to the world inside her novel. She found out that the ML somehow got his memory from the small monster, and he can now write the story himself - so he wrote the ending about their marriage. He then propose to MC and she accept it, hug him in happy tears.
The last webtoon chapter (93) ended there.Sorry about any mistake that I made in this post TvT just want to share what I know because I love this story so much. I would be really happy if anyone can spoil me with the extra chapters from the novel *deep bow*

No, I think only ML and the attendant knew she was literally their god . The protagonist she created was very weak minded and wouldn't be able to handle the fact his background is written for drama and everything isn't real but a book. I disliked him greatly and question Mc character for creating such a loser hero. I also question the korean society in the book for the fact this book was popular enough for sequels with such a trashy protagonist.

So first things first
1) The second brother never cheated on his wife. He was nice to the servant girls and she got mad. He rightly points out that she is just as nice to her knights and the third prince. (If anything he was trying to make her a little jellous being nice to the maids so she would pay more atention to him.) But after this fight a maid gives him a thretining letter and he flipps out holding her down to question her. At this point the wife comes in and assumes he is cheeting and breaks up with him without actually listining to anything he says. remember people comunication is key in a relationship.
2) The first prince has a servent that realized he was in a story by himself due to a plot hole the MC created. aka he was old in the first book and then became young in the second. He is the one ploting to destroy everything.
3)The main charicter has powers due to the servent destroying the trea of life that was the spirit keeping the story on track. The tree transfered its powers to the book and sent the charicter the MC loved most to her world as a warning but MC got dragged into the crumbling world by acident and now most of the books power has ben used up and the exits to her world are closing.
