Seeing Guts in this state is one of the most painful experiences I have had to sit through

but you guys look at griffiths FACEEE OH MY GOD THIS SMUG BASTARD !! HE JUST KEEPS GETTING AWAY WITH IT! this is sickening oh my god ! meanwhile guts is having a panic attack and break down this is insane!

Why is there a sea near Falconia? I thought Falconia, which was the Midland capital, Wyndhelm, was based on Paris... which is not anywhere close to either the Atlantic or Mediterranean. That and the fact there's no mention of a sea anywhere before in the manga, much less a depiction of a harbor. In fact, everytime we're shown the environment around the city there was never a sea near it. Crazy.

I mean, poor Guts, but it's still pretty weird to see him succumbing to this despair. Even at his worst, he's usually kicking and screaming.

not that i noticed before, but started noticing that the art has become lighter in shade. of course its not possible to copy someone's art style, so its understandable that its that way. and im glad atleast its continuing (though the wait kills the mood) but it cant he helped.



guts still in despair, griffith returns with casca to his "so called" paradise. the pacing has been quite slow lately. im genuinely interested in how the story will unfold from here. hope we get to the conclusion one day.

It's definitely a huge turning point to see guts being completely hopeless, I could never foresee for what's to come now, but it sure won't be painless.
