I am serious, this felt like 3 page intro. Is there more of the chapter supposed to come out?This is literally how like 25% of berserk has always felt, you dont notice it binging it but theres entire chapters of pretty much nothing but visuals and that stands out on a monthly read especially when you are aware of a staff change and will always at least subconsciously be looking for differences. That 1 fight against a bunch of trolls that was like in universe maybe an hour was 30 chapters long,



There absolutely will be more visual storytelling than dialogue i dont think anyone is gonna deny thats Gaga and Mori's plan to not overstep, but at the same time thats really not that far off from how things were the series all things considered is a really slow paced manga that seemed to only slow down more over time.Hell, just go look at how people viewed chapters 297-306 as they were publishing. A lot of people complained about the lack of dialogue and how short each chapters felt, yet it had the best art of the entire series and provided us an epic conclusion to FotME. Volume 34 stands out from the rest, it's a legit artpiece. With Berserk, you just have to accept and cherish what you get.

Also the art looked so good; the character designs had clean lines and the panelization/storyboard was solid overall. This spread must've taken most of Studio Gaga's time.



What's the power source for that lighthouse? Doesn't look Medieval.

Looks like Fantasia is over, I feel so bad for Guts.  I really am curious how the reign of Griffith will end, it looks like he's enjoying this now, such a selfish character.

I don't know if it's that I'm more used to the change now, but the art feels like it's had a significant improvement in terms of how it tells the story. I think this chapter is a massive achievement for Studio Gaga and Kouji Mori, as this is the first chapter to me that feels closest to Kentaro Miura's quality.

what a beautiful angelic looking man it appears he just saved a young poor homeless girl from a natural disaster

Another chapter of depression and despair brought by Griffith, revenge is gonna be sweet.

Guts used his sword, strength and pure rage tackingling everything, but when you see him curling like a baby, giving into despair it is definitely going to break spirits of everyone aligned with him including his followers in story even us manga readers as well.
