The magazine would never continue with the manga and it is clear if you pay attention that they already did a lot in adapt his last manuscripts and complete the pages of ch. 364.





Anything further would be Berserk being 100% work of someone else and not Miura.



Sadly we will never know how this story would really  end.











Btw, WHY is the moonlight child Grifith? What this means? Is it a memory of him? His soul before being corrupted? And cursed child of Casca and Guts in the page before?

The last chapter of Miura Kentaro huh. It's so sad he couldn't finish the story before his untimely death. RIP

I’m devastated that this is where we end our journey with Miura, but it is a more fitting “ending” than chapter 363. The moonlight boy turning into Griffith in front of Guts and Casca and the dialogue had me tearing up. Beautiful.



RIP Miura once again, rest assured that I will purchase your entire legacy in deluxe editions as they are released.

Guts and Griffith haven't had a real interaction since around Reunion on the Hill of Swords, that chapter was published in 2001. It's been 2 decades since they had an interaction, and now this chapter of all times, is when it finally happens. And the interaction is left on a cliffhanger.

Pardon me for posting this here, but come to think of it...



The Full Moon boy, the boy who helped Guts in a pinch especially when his mind was stuck inside the Berserker armor not once, not even just twice, but thrice, was Griffith all along.



The question is: Why? Why would Griffith, of all people, help Guts in a way that not even Skull Knight and Schierke could? Does he not want to allow Guts to die just so Guts can live the rest of his life miserably? Does he actually want to transcend higher than just being one of the godhands, and he somehow needed Guts (and Casca) to stay alive for it? Does he actually and genuinely believe he could convince Guts (and Casca) to live in the kingdom of his dream, Falconia?



He has all the chances in the world to just kill Guts, and definitely has more than enough power to do so. He could have also killed Rickert who not only refused to live in Falconia, but also slapped him in front of his men and fianceé. Both Guts and Rickert are potential threats who could someday expose Griffith's huge dark secret, and killing them would effectively extinguish such threats, yet he never did. Again, Why?



Something tells me that as much of a petty, despicable asshole as Griffith is, he wouldn't kill them, and would even help them instead, just because they are former members of the Band of the Hawk.

I really hope they continue, they confirmed nothing has been decided yet, so hopefully we get more. I believe in the assistants
