March can not get here fast enough. I hope if beserk ever gets another anime it will be handled by Netflix

I am quite skeptical about the outcome of the heart being inserted along with the thorns. Most likely, Casca won't be easily returned to her former self.

I expect casca cutting her hair and thus implying that she's finally back

I was just thinking of that too, next chapter might just give us a glimpse into what he meant when he told Guts that.

I'm pretty sure Miura put that quote in to make the action that Guts takes morally ambiguous, and isn't necessarily indicative of what will actually happen. That's because the meaning is pretty obvious, that Guts wants Casca to be healed, but maybe she doesn't want to be. Now we'll just have to wait and see just how happy, depressing or bittersweet the results of Gut's actions are now that he has finally made his wish come true- and while I do think that Casca will reunite with Guts in one way or another, like I said before, I don't think the quote was necessarily meant as foreshadowing, but rather poses a question for the audience to take into consideration when discussing whether Casca should be healed.



I do believe it's foreshadowing something though. That line was first said a long time ago, and just recently said again.

It seems she is back, finally. I just hope we don't get another hiatus or chapters of Rickert...

I actually think Casca might want to see Guts after the dream is over. I mean, when Farnese talks to tiny Casca one last time, she tells her "Yeah, you'll see him soon.", implying that Casca does want to see Guts again.



I have a feeling we'll get a happy chapter next week- maybe not overly happy, perhaps more melancholic and reminiscent, but I don't think it'll be dark like we all thought it would. After that, I think we'll get a POV shift back to Rickert/ Griffith, and Berserk will move into its final ark. If next ark isn't the final ark, I think we are definitely getting much closer to it.
