Berserk Chapter 347 Discussion

wow. just wow. these 3 flashback chapters were phenomenal. it was so nice to get some content pre- when everything went to shit. the chapters were very heartwarming and make me love guts even more than i already did. truly masterful.

love the quality level in Casca's dream xD



Also like Farnese's dream, have much references (and the dragonslayer in the clothline is so LOL).



Minimum of 5 months of waiting is nothing compared to the time that I'm still waiting for the last movie of the Rebuild of Evangelion...

Whelp . . . .



I did it.



I finally caught up to a story that has been told for almost 30 years now. Now I can share in the suffering of those who have been waiting for new chapters to be released :D



Maybe 30 more years from now when the story wraps up I will know how you feel XD



But seriously I am both glad and sad that I am caught up. I am glad because I didn't have to lug through the story for 7 freakin' years on a boat >.< I honestly enjoy that arc :) but I think that is because I was able to read the next chapter just like that. So I fully understand how readers would grow resentment for it.



Honestly looking back on it all and being able to avoid major spoilers all the way through I am pretty grateful and enjoyed the ride :)



I have learned that for Berserk many of its arcs are better when one marathons them as a whole as opposed to just waiting for the next release I am worried I will grow resentment for certain arcs in the future because of the release schedule but I will be sure to re-read and marathon the arcs once they wrap up to make sure those negative feelings don't overtake me XD



But, man this cliffhanger has me thirsty for what is next! I can't wait :D but I guess with Berserk I will have to learn >.< but man the artwork sometimes really does make the insane wait worth it :) . . . . . almost XD

my god I am really tired of all the teasing and short chapters. Why can't Miura get off his ass and draw more and make 30 - 40 page chapters like other monthly manga? This is what we've been waiting years for and we have to wait even longer now. Ridiculous.

Been a while since we had a really fucked up scene, let's see if he still got it.

Even though I know her dreams, they are still painful. And those two are gonna see it maybe. I can't wait to see what happens. Will she regain her self? Maybe she is happier crazy, but it is owed to her to regain senses. Then she can decide to do whatever.

What is with this horrific pacing? The chapters are so amazing & things just keep getting better and better but its like we get 3-4 chapters, hiatus, then repeat. Please pick up the pace already us fans that have stuck with it all this time don't deserve this suffering! On another note this should be pretty trippy. Can't wait to see Farnese & Schierke's reactions to this. They should have a better understanding of why Guts is the way he is. The waiting is rough but it really is worth it. See you guys next year.

Ok, sorry in advance for beating a dead horse, but could someone rationally break down to me why Berserk is so often on hiatus?



Like, besides the Idolmaster jokes, the only reason I've seen people mentioning is that Miura takes a lot of time to be able to offer great drawing. Granted the art is amazing, but surely it wouldn't take him 2-6 months to draw a single chapter??? Right??

so the comedy and relax chapters are to prepare us for the upcoming memories of the eclipse
