Berserk Chapter 331 Discussion

What a massive improvement from theazg volume. This flashback was probably my favorite stretch of chapters since the climax of conviction. It really felt like I was reading early Golden age.

Because it has always been the child of Guts and Casca, but Griffth had corrupted it during the rape.



The only thing is Griffith reincarnated with the body of the child of Guts and Casca. This is why in its form astral, it looks like Griffith



Many exemple in the the volume 22  where Griffith feel  the child  and in the volume 14 when  Skullknight explain that  he's going to help in his own way(their child)

Finally back on track and another chapter 10 days from now.

And looks like the main storyline is actually going to advance soon.

It's great that the Merrows agreed to escort the Seahorse throughout their trip to Elf Island. It's an interesting guess from Schierke that suggested that the Moonlight Boy might be some sort of being that's a manifestation of the Elf King himself.



Farnese was so happy that she can finally be of help to Guts but she was pretty heartbroken of the reminder that the Slightly-White Black Swordsman already has a woman he loves despite the situation not being apparent. It might be a bit complicated if Farnese gets to the point where she'll be able to guide Guts with her luminous form because that'll mean that she'll be having a full-on love triangle with him and Schierke xD



Whenever Guts reminisces on the old days thinking about Casca back then, I get really sad to the point of trying not to tear up. Having memories of going through that hellish Eclipse and seeing his love's mind break was simply devastating. Even if her mind was restored, the memories from what happened coming back to her might break her again right after...



The Moonlight Boy silently watching from the gorgeous luminiscent moon and exiting just like a shooting star was beautiful beyond words. I finally teared up.

Hah, I wonder if Miura isn't really playing with us. "This journey will end soon" - the ship's journey, the journey to Elf land, the journey to recover Casca's mind, or the main quest? Imagine Berserk ending...feels impossibiru.
