The chapter was nice, but it was pretty useless, plot-wise.
We already knew he'd destroy that big thing from the inside since last chapter, was there really a need to drag it?
It felt like this chapter and the attack on the Sea Horse were there for the sole purpose of having Guts kill the monster in front of a big crowd so they could all drop their jaws and say "incredible".
Those people already saw Guts in action so I think it's just pointless to drag the story just so they can see him fight again.
Art is still fantastic and I still like the characters the same, but this arc has been full of bad shounen clichés lately.
