lol, Guts doesn't even question what's going on with the cook after he spied something was up last chapter. He just throws a knife into it's eye immediately as if to say, "I was waiting for that." Time to go to work!

So the girl is half mermaid and all the villagers became huge tentacle monsters. So she's alone in that island basically. Probably managed to survive because she lived far away and had those mermaid charms on her door.

I see a new member in our group or is it just my idea? She loves adventures also. A certain young boy will also be pleased to have her boobs face around.



It's seems that is time for Guts to burn some of the food he just ate by kicking some tentacle ass.

It was a surprise, the girl´s mother was a Merrow!!!

I'm glad the girl is not evil and is being honest.

Isma reveals that she's actually a half-mermaid with the swimming skills of a merrow and the body of a human. She could've participate in swimming contests all around and be a forerunner and no one would've suspected her.



It's rather fortunate of her to be an outcast in the village and hole up in a shack full of Merrow talismans because everyone in the Fishing Hamlet wasn't just fish-people but they were actually the whiskers of the Kraken from earlier too. That must mean that they all got eaten at one point and got replaced or it might be the curse of the sea god caused by the Merrows trapping it in the island's cave that's done this to them.



Whatever it was, Guts and co.'s gonna kill them all and Isma's most likely gonna join the party ♡

This is like reading something of H.P. Lovecraft with those fishmen an the sea god. xD
