i'm glad this arc is done, it was pretty good but was obviously a major step down from golden age which was phenomenal and i didn't really care much for the sob story honestly. i know it's necessary to take some time to really show how guts has become just a killing machine after the events of the eclipse but i hope we get to see a lot more stuff in the other conviction arc parts. this arc was good, we got to see how brutal guts has become... now let's move on to bigger things.

That was beautiful. She is going to embark on her own battle and I wish her nothing but the strongest will she can attain to go against it. Also, the blue sky being draped over her was so gorgeous I feel like it's her brand new canvas to start anew her own chapter of retribution. These poor kids. They really do need all the inspiration they can get just so they can live on with a fragment of their sanity.

When Jill wanted to go with Guts, it reminded me of the time when Casca asked Griffith if she could join him.which chapter was that? I forgot...

I absolutely love these two panels, really shows the other side of Guts we never get to see.

Not the best arc but the end was godlike!

I really like Jill's character now. I wasn't sure in the beginning.

I don't know if Casca will die but if she dies I hope to see another time skip (of a few years). I would love to see Jill and Guts end up together as a couple.

Boy, I really enjoyed this Lost Children chapter. Maybe even more than the Golden Age arc, which is a huge amount of praise in and of itself. I don't know, I just think that Jill and Rosine were very well fleshed out characters and the themes of child abuse and running away from hardship were extremely well conveyed.

Guts was also fantastic here, ruthless and almost demonic in and of himself, but the way his relationship with Jill was handled still conveyed his humanity. I think at this point Guts is one of the very best Protagonists in anime/manga. It'll be interesting to follow him from here on out.

I'll miss Jill, though.
