Otomen Chapter 1 Discussion

The premise for this manga might have been more exciting than the execution of it, I Can't tell. I hate to say it, but it looks sort of like a typical series just using a gimmick, in this case, the guy is girly and the girl is manly. Well, I'll hope there is more than meets the eye.



Although, having said all that, definitely going to like Tachibana, that guy is pretty funny, love how he is using them as material for his manga, although I didn't expect him to be the type to write manga.

                        Eh, that was unusual I guess. So, we have a guy who likes shoujo manga. That kinda reminds me of Nozaki-kun...



The girl looks both mature and pretty though so that's something to notice too.

I really enjoyed this starting chapter, especially since the confession wasn't drawn out.

I also liked how Ryo explained her idea of "manliness" and was open to her expectations being changed.

Eh, this was ok.

I was expecting a bit better since I only heard good stuff.  But I guess I will give it another chance
