Hajime no Ippo Chapter 1394 Discussion

Well, as much as I may like Wally (not even that much in the end) I want Ricardo to win.

Fuck this was too short. Not surprising that Ricardo managed to stay collected despite the unconventional style of his opponent, but omg Wally actually landed a hit on him.

Okay Wally's move was as unexpected as genius. Even Ricardo the champ himself didn't expect one from that angle

Wally's fight with Ricardo is in full swing.

Wally manages to surprise Ricardo a little and also manages to do something that no one has been able to do before and that is to land a blow on Ricardo's face but Ricardo besides being a little surprised by the unusual attack doesn't seem like he has any reason to fear.

This whole fight so far felt like a trigger for a bigger fight and that's how it continues (of Ippo in the ring)

The Wally´s strategy is good if he can run over a hour.

He hit first, but is just the begining!!

Also, the chapter ended weirdly. Felt like less of a cliffhanger to keep me on edge for the next chapter, and more like a page or two was missing despite the "To Be Continued" at the end.

Hell yeah that was awesome

Been hyped for this fight ever since it was announced and looks like it'll meet my expectations.

With the speed and unpredictability of that overhand right, the monkey couldn't even deal a significant amount of damage to Ricardo. Moreover, the monkey pretty much wasting a lot of stamina from all that stupid dashes. I don't think this fight will last long and more so if Ricardo switches to his "original" fight style like the devil he was during the Date fight.

Can't wait to see Wally go full Harimau on this fight!



I may start to have high hopes for this fight.
