xxxHOLiC Chapter 186 Discussion

I just don't get this, I'm not a big xxxholic fan so maybe that's why, Last time I checked xxxholic is serialized in YOUNG MAGAZINE, which is a SEINEN demographic magazine.



SEINEN MANGA: manga targeted to 18-30 year old MALES!!!!



THIS DOES NOT LOOK  SEINEN, this looks like horrible good for nothing yaoi shit.



I really liked xxxholic at the beginning but the last volumes and chapters have a very DEEP yaoi-esque tone.



I know Clamp does shounen-ai, but xxxholic was marketed as a SEINEN, not shounen-ai.



DONT get me wrong I have no hate towards gay literature, its just, I DON'T WISH TO PARTAKE IN SAID LITERATURE.



I just hope Yuko comes back, ALSO, I've always HATED Doumeki.

By the way things look, it seems like the whole Watanuki acting Yuuko-ish is an subconcious attempt by him to retain a part of Yuuko in the shop (So that he is less hardly hit by the fact that Yuuko is not here anymore.

Also there is a chance that Himawari is a Sakura counterpart given the odd circumstances in which Sayoran & Sakura met in TRC & CCS.

Also the next few chapters might reveal if their was any point in dragging in Watanuki into the sealed space. I mean both Sayorans cheated reality to get their Sakuras back, so what does Watanuki get for going through this ordeal.

I have to admit, the small yaoi fangirl in me went a little crazy with this chapter... The way Watanuki was talking and that just Watanuki and Mokona layout.... *swoon* It's turning the table a bit, with Watanuki pitching, huh?



That aside, BOY was this chapter interesting! Can't wait for the rest!

when i saw the tux i was sure time had passed, but then i was like maybe it just an occasion at school, but then university talk, and i thought hmm 4 years time skip probably, and it was dang crazy awesome



that one page with Just Watanuki was great. and yea i agree Watanuki has a little dark tone to him, but that's what boredom does with the same thing.
