Bleach Chapter 676 Discussion

Check out the panels where Ichigo grabs Bach sword arm and then slashes him. Bach blocks the white sword and his eyes are seen, normal. Is Ichigo able to dispel/deactivate Almighty or was Bach forced to deactivate it?



The black shadow comes back on Bach head once Ichigo is pushed back.

Bach already said he is not using Almighty. Neither side is going full force for now and both Ichigo and Bach are just warming up and testing each other.

Maybe if next time you did more than just skim the pages you would realize Bach is not using Almighty.

Tbf Yhwach hardly needs a powerup. He has the Almighty hax power, old Yama's bankai, and even absorbed the Soul King at some point..

It's offensive how short this chapter is :(, but I'm really happy that Kubo is bringing the Hollow part of Ichigo back.

Since this is a parallel to Aizen fighting in Karakura town(with this basically being the moment where aizen revealed that he was delaying the fight in order to fuse with hogyoku), Ichigo will most likely keep evolving forward into a more perfect unity of his powers.



And then at the end he will most likely release his powers.

He already explained that this is a result of all of his powers being unified.



Hollow power is part of being a shinigami. Hell, technically hollow power IS his shinigami side. His Zangetsu.

That's because a lot of this chapter is double page spreads to portray the battle. So at the cost of higher quality bigger panels with more stuff happening the chapter becomes shorter.
