Just when I thought there couldn't be a bigger asspull than "The Almighty": Resurrection after being utterly destroyed (though wtf he could still speak to Ichigo).



Not seeing the Zero Squad's fight was dumb stupid and aannoying. PLs show the good fights, or at least show the Quincies doin' stuff. It'd make it cooler when Shunsui and Ukitake take them on with Bankai or something.

Didn't expect a chapter today and didn't look for it, so shame on me. Anyway what a chapter, starts off on a dark note, the Zero Division talk about pathetic, I am really Kubo really.



Finally Ichigo and co. so it is time for the real fighting to begin with. And Ichibei resurrects himself, did not expect that and kind of creepy at the same time. So if the Soul King dies everyone is screwed, did Aizen know about that? I don't think he did? And unless he doesn't know what the Soul King's death would bring, Uryu is not on Yhwach's side, I don't see anyway Uryu would want that to happen, and I never thought he was really on the villain's side to begin with, so that changes very little.



So Yhwach is just some spoiled little prince? Well can't wait to see what comes next, with Uryu do something? Will Aizen appear? What about Grimmjow and the other Arrancars? And now we have to wait a long time to see what happens next.

Whattttt. Whyyy. How can the Soul King die before Ichigo even shows up. XD

Zero squad got annihilated.

Finally get to see Ichigo and the others. It has been awhile.

Its up to them to save the Soul King.

Wait if the soul king is Yhwach's father and Yhwach is super op why and how was he beaten by the commander in the past before the war and his resurrection? Im confuse, and does it mean that quincy's are like part soulking's and the shinigami were protecting the father of their mortal enemies?

Horrible chapter. It negated the result of an already disinteresting fight. At least it confirmed that Juha can't see Ichigo's actions (which is kinda contradictory since he can see Ichibei getting resurected, but whatever let's not dwell on Kubo's logic).



What the hell is everyone besides Ichigo doing there anyway?



I aggree with the others who said that Juha is refering to the King as father in the same way he refered to Ichigo as son.



And the knowledge that the rest of  0 squad will get resurected makes this even more terrible.

This chapter introduces a lot of questions but I think we should focus on the main mystery:

Was that chick who "reeked of semen" to Yumichika a girl or a dude?!?!She's a girl, she just has to be a girl.

Ichigo's powers are similar to Yhwach's. Ichibei is implying that by calling his name, Ichigo gave the name itself, or rather, the entity Hyousube Ichibei part of his own power similar to what Yhwach did to the Sternritters.



Ichibei then used his own abilities to change his name, or the meaning behind it in order to restore his body using the power Ichigo gave him. If he can give others the properties of black ants by overwriting their names then he could easily change the properties that define him, making his body not be destroyed.



I'd say it's not a bad theory, since Orihime and Chad did get their powers from Ichigo, from something vague such as "excess spiritual energy" or whatever that apparently never happened to anyone else ever, only to Ichigo. Also, Ichigo only recently unlocked what appeared to be his own Quincy abilities so his powers probably developed further which allowed him to consciously give power to others, Ichibei in this case.



The only thing that lacks an explanation is why Ichibei was able to act despite being already dead. Ichibei confirmed he had in fact died, yet managed to talk to Ichigo telepathically even before he received power from him.



That however is a problem that revolves around Ichibei himself and doesn't affect the likelihood of the theory being correct.

Zero divisions are down.  Ichigo and gang finally caught up but too late.  Ichigo was able to revive that monk looking guy.  The enemy already reached the soul king...
