Bleach Chapter 574 Discussion

I'm just waiting for Kenpachi to show us his shikai at least, if that's possible.

ok, so he can only focus on 1 person...

So that's his/her weakness.

Kenpachi should have fought someone brutal and animalistic like him. the fight would have been far better, this kid is cool but doesn't work with Kenpachi

So in page 2, it says; "The stage of the final battle build by imagination" right...

How many times, i wonder,i read the words FINAL BATTLE in Bleach??? I think 'a lot of times...' it bothers me to distraction just how many final battles we have in this manga.

Well it most likely IS the final battle...between these two opponents.

We had many nice chapters in this arc of the war but this one is crappy and useless. 2/5.



His power is the imagination and in order for it to work 100%, it seems the person he is trying to kill or confuse has to believe it too. Remember Yachiru felt fine up until the guy put it in her head that "what if my bones were cookies", etc.



Kenpachi being the crazy fight-loving fighter he is probably wouldn't get a scratch by "1000 stakes" as he'd most likely just think he is invincible to such silly weapons. The whole water thing was an attempt to kill him by putting him into a situation where most people would think, "Shit, I'm trapped underwater" and then the guy tries to feed them ideas in their head that would get them imagining about ways they'd possibly die.



Of course, Kenpachi literally gives no fucks which is what we see at the end of the chapter.



I once also was led to believe that his power of reality manipulation was driven by the power of suggestion based on the whole cookie thing with yachiru but now that we have a bigger sample size of his powers in use it's simply not true seeing that time and time again we've seen him create change in reality without saying a word to his opponent i.e him becoming steel, the water cube, the fissure, and so on which all happened before he spoke to kenpachi.



Also im lmao at the fact that you guys really think that kensei and rose are dead...im pretty sure that kubo has had characters survive mortal injuries and flat out fake deaths at least 10 times in this manga.

so basically kubo introduced a completely hax character and he's going to have him lose not because of kenpachi's skill but because this kid sucks at using his powers. i lol'd so hard when he decided to imagine a fissure to put kenpachi in which would kill him in a matter of hours when he could've literally imagine 1000 stakes stabbing kenpachi through the heart or basically billion other things that would've killed him instantly. for a kid who has the power of imagination he sure has a dull one himself.

That Quincy kid is so annoying, come on Ken chan, finish this shit already.

Another shitty chapter where pretty much nothing happened again.



How many more of these filler fights are left?
