as expected the quincies still have the means to fight back and looks like ichigo will enter the fight soon

Well, "bankai stealing" was quiet important, it was meant to finish "war" quickly, as Bach doesn't like long wars

ps. One of the most important thing is that (probably) Bach has still Yamaji's bankai.

So Shinigami power being back to original source is not a problem at all because they have an even stronger power, too strong that they need Ichigo's help.
