so her brother was finally able to regain consciousness and made the right choice.

Poor Orihime, she lived with the guilt of Sora's death all these years.

I'm glad that he was able to pass on.

Even though I get her reasoning, it does bother me that Orihime lost her memory of her goodbye to her brother Sora. That quibble aside, this was the best chapter thus far, a strong resolution for this mini-arc. Quite liked Orihime's hug solution, and the mutual coming to terms with the others griefs, why Orihime stopped the sad praying and Sora seeing the hairpin.

I also like the decision to have an empathetic resolution here, rather than action. It's one thing to reveal Hollows as humans, but it's another thing to show it, so the resolution being grounded in human emotions is much more fitting. I also just general prefer these endings, especially since I haven't found Bleach's action anything but a few cool panels here and there.

So, if Kuchiki replaces the memory with something else, Orihime does not even remember that she said goodbye to her brother? ...

This was touching. Nice conclusion to say the least. Hopefully Orihime can now move on.

Uh oh.... What a cute way to finish this mess.... I loved how Ichigo managed to protect Orihime and in the end he was the one that broke some sense into his thick Hollow skull hahahaha.... Again... it happened just as it was in the pilot... the only differnce I notice is the fact that Orihime actually lives to tell the tale.... Lol at the Sumo Wrestler blowing my wall with a bazooka hahahaha

Signs,
