Kubo already said that Ichigo's birth itself will be "gamechanging".

that goes without saying since he's the first shinigami/quincy hybrid...and he also has hollow powers

I wonder if Aizen killed his mom to trigger some state that would initiate "phase two" or w/e he calls it or it could've been some quincy that killed her cause her pure blood had been tainted.

I doubt its Aizen since:

1) it would have nothing to do with current events.

2) Isshin already summed up Aizen's involvement in the matter BEFORE talking about how Masaki died.

So its either Quincies or Royal Guards who did that(which would explain on why Uncle Isshin would be mad for Ichigo going to RG for training)

2. Masaki was raped by Juhabach while she was with Isshin.( which is also unlikey because that would be too explicit for bleach AND Masaki and Isshin would have had to make the decision not to abort Juhabachs rape baby.)

It's seems...funny. Killing and stuff are sooo 'ok' but showing rape or something like breast is considered 'big no no!'. Crazy world >.<

Abortion ->if they have done such deeds... well... I would consider changing my 'top like characters of bleach' :D

ps. it would be 'funny' if Aizen 'mind***' them so Masaki had sex with Bach. Without Aizen, Bach as

father seems...weird.

Edit:

It seems while I have been 'writing' this somone mention similar things.

Now people can stop saying Yuha Bach is Ichigo's father.

Pretty interesting explanation, definitely explains why his dad didn't fight the hollow in the beginning of the series.

Ichigo is Juha Bach's son and the manga doesn't say the opposite.

This chapter pretty much confirmed that Isshin fucked Masaki to get Ichigo. If that was too vulgar for your tastes, then "This chapter pretty much confirmed that Ichigo is the love-child of Masaki and Isshin".

This chapter confirmed nothing. And I didn't see the page where there is a hentaï scene between Masaki and Isshin that you are talking about.

But yeah...if she's dead, why isn't she in Soul Society? Even the Fullbringers went to Soul Society after death.

I asked this question earlier, but apparently none except us care about it...

the only reason she is in the kuchiki family is cause her sister was married into that family and as a dying wish she asked byakuya to find her and accept her into the family.

so rukia being part of the kuchiki family is a special circumstance. no other noble family has adopted an outsider, as far as we know anyways.

The circumstances of Rukia's adoption change nothing. She isn't from the Kuchiki family.

Kuugo Ginjo adopted Tsukishima too, it's the same thing.

you seriously need to give up on juha being the father. ichigo looks absolutely nothing like him. however you can definitely see a resemblance between ichigo and isshin.

in fact ichigo looks more like his dad and mom then his two sisters do. also if juha was really the father dont you think isshin would have mentioned that in the last chapter?

unless masaki was unfaithful and didnt tell isshin which i really doubt because that would be totally out of character for her. i think the only possible way juha could be the father is if aizen and juha conspired together and aizen hypnotized masaki into thinking juha was isshin. i really!!!! doubt that though. why not just accept the obvious truth that isshin is the father.

You must wait the real proofs of the Isshin's paternity and stop basing your arguments on fake clues.

We don't know when Masaki and Isshin began to be together ( a couple). The last chapter said Masaki stayed in the Uryuu family until she finished her studies, so she wasn't sticked on Isshin (they only had a spiritual link). We got the flashback on the Vizards 5 years ago and the manga explained us how Kisuke fixed them 2 weeks ago. Then, be patient.

And then, you were born. Stop acting so stubborn. Nothing about Juha Bach was said in this.

Actually, there's in fact real proof in this chapter that Isshin is Ichigos father (even though it's still absolutely beyond my understanding how this can be questioned, but oh well). It's right here on page 1. That's right, I'm talking about Isshin using Getsua Tenshou. I don't think Bleach ever said much about the similarities between Shinigami Powers in a family, but it's highly possible that family members have similar powers and the fact that Isshin used the exact same technique that Ichigo later uses, is more than just a very strong indicator that Ichigos powers are extreamly similar to Isshin, proving that Isshin passed this particular kind of shinigami powers to Ichigo as his son.

The power of any Shinigami we've seen so far have been very unique, now if Isshin is not Ichigos father, how could Ichigo have been able to have shimigami powers just like Isshin? That wouldn't make any sense at all. Still believing that Ichigo is not Isshins son, is a bit too far-fetched.

Great chapter!  I feel like it's a bit rushed, but I really like learning about Ichigo's mom 'Masaki.'

"But she was definitely... like the sun.  She attracted, forgave, illuminated anything, and controlled it as she liked.  I was just... happy to be in her mercy."

- Pretty sad and wholesome quote from Ichigo's dad about Masaki.  I can see why he fell for her, and I find it interesting that he used to work at Urahara's clinic.

Im kind of confused about this chapter.... if Itchigo's mom died when he was born or shortly after he was born then how were his two younger sisters born?
