Great chapter. No wonder Ryuken feels bitterness towards Isshin; Ryuken is one those characters' you can't help but admire-he's the perfect "family man" lol



This arc has the potential to be up there with the likes of TBTP-which still remains one of the greatest arcs in Bleach. After the atrocity which is the Fullbring-arc, who would've guessed that Kubo could successfully deliver an entertaining war arc, which is followed by an arc which is akin to TBTP in terms of setting and character-interaction-hopefully it sustains this level of quality.



Kisuke at the endddd. He's the most intelligent character in the series, and he's extremely-powerful too; in fact, with the exception of possibly Zaraki, he's stronger than every single current Gotei-captain, and even then he may trump Zaraki due to superior/speed intellect and trickery. No doubt he's going to play a huge part in the future events.

Oh the drama and yelling at each other, it's the soup opera of the Ishida family. Poor Katagiri just wanted the best for Ryuuken. I also see that the mother has a scar herself most likely from a hollow, so what does it mean? - she also went through the same thing?



Love the color page, I really see the reflection of Uryuu, Orihime and Ichigo right there.
