^ This. I never even thought of Juha Bach being Ichigo's father when that certain chapter went out until I saw the forum posts. What came into my mind is that he clearly called him "son" because Ichigo has a Quincy blood flowing through him. Anyways I think that matter has been brought up 100000 times already... I am just glad that its confirmed that Juha Bach isn't Ichigo's father, at least for me.

He's a Shinigami and a captain rank on top of that, he's probably a few hundred years older than Masaki. Shinigami age differently from normal humans, Rukia told us about that at the beginning of the Manga, she's easily about a hundred or more years older than Ichigo herself.
Apperance wise, Isshin is probably in his early to mid- twenties right now, so he shouldn't be older than about 10 years than her - judging from the apperance alone. So, where's the problem, if Masaki is in her first year of High School right now, she'll be off age in 3 years and can do everything she wants anyway. No legal issues whatsoever.
