Another lame thing ! Ichigo was very injured when he used his bankai against Byakuya (chapter 162). Ikkaku too (chapter 205).

Aizen was supposedly there when Ichigo got born. See any better moment for that to happen?

That hollow appears to be Ichigo himself!

For now we know how Ichigo got his hollow powers but we don't know how he got his shinigami power.

I do believe that the black hollow is Ichigo. Aizen said that it was originally a Shinigami and it looks a lot like Ichigo. That's what is probably meant by how Aizen helped create Ichigo. And there is a strong possibility that when Aizen turned the "Shinigami" or "Ichigo" into a hollow that, "Ichigo" lost all of his previous memory. Thats why his Bankai is complete. And if you noticed his blade that is cut off looks a lot like Zangetsu.

This hollow cannot be Ichigo because :

1- Masaki killed it

2- Ichigo has powers  of quincys he got from Masaki

3- Masaki was a teenager is this flashback (this chapter)

4- Ichigo was a fullbringer, so he is a human



For now we don't how he got his powers of shinigami.

Fai makes a good point. No one would forget when their wife died. Freudian slip? She didnt die right away it seems. Kubo did mention that Masaki may not have died when it was implied she did.
