Maybe its just me but I wish Kubo would stop pretending like he's going to try some plot progression or character development and just get to the final battle. Just finish this arc with a bang and let it be over with
But the other surprising half of Ichigo FAILING his training, which I would have never ever expected to happen, is hilarious and awesome. (in before Ichigo seeks out Aizen)
What an outstanding turn of events. It amuses the most cause things are happening that so many naysayers said wouldn't so now I await to see people who love to miserably hate things so much they share with us how much they hate it.
If this chapter means Ichigo is going to be trained as a Quincy, then I will be VERY VERY happy if Ryuuken becomes his teacher. It better be him! O. M. G. I will die.............. Die. -_-
To be completely fair, half of the stuff the SS has done throughout Bleach is pretty stupid and shortsighted. Killing off their best healer before an epic battle fits in line with that tradition.
Kenpachi can finally hear his Zanpakuto's voice! I don't get it though, the reason he couldn't hear it from the beginning was because he only used his own power to overwhelm his opponents. What's different here? All he did was stop limiting himself, but it was still his own power.
Can we finally get some retconned backstory on Ichigo? Feels like we know so little of the protagonist only because Kubo keeps introducing new shit.
